Head of School’s Message

This term has been short and somewhat chilly, Spring will be here soon! Pupils have been working very hard within their classes, spelling groups are proceeding smoothly and a wide variety of work is displayed around the school.

A very well done to pupils who have attended every day and have been on time, good attendance is crucial to progress, attainment and successful pupil outcomes. Staff are always on the gates to greet and to briefly discuss any concerns, however should you require a more detailed discussion, please book an appointment with your class teacher via the school offices.

The children enthusiastically danced away at the school disco, throwing some sharp shapes and raising £609.47 for school funds, thank you to the parents and carers who supported us and to the staff who gave their own time. Further events are being planned for next term.

A polite reminder re consideration for our pupils, school neighbours and community, please do not smoke outside of the school gates during collection and drop off times. Many thanks and we look forward to your continued support Term 4 and beyond.
